Champion purchasing

So my instructor for HSL had this great idea. So here's how it would go. So whenever you buy a champion with IP you get the champion no strings nothing, just a simple buy. However, if you buy a champion with RP you get to go through their lore in a mini single-player adventure , where as you goto their homeland and you learn about there abilities and play styles etc. Finally, at the end of it you have to battle a boss, and if you win you get one of their skins. This sounded like a really good idea when I heard it, it helps both parties (Riot with cash and the Player with fun). Let me know your thoughts, or how we can make this happen.

why prevent the ppl who use IP from getting to go through the story and fight the boss? Its not like they cant just add a check and if you paid with IP not give you a skin at the end. At any rate this seems highly unlikely to happen..

Because you paid for it, it would encourage summoners to purchase with RP, also this boss wouldn't be all that easy. Its not like you get a boost on the champion and can beat everyone because of it, in game there would be no difference. Obviously, this isn't carved into stone, but I'd personally love to see something like this to happen.

No offense but I completely hate this idea what happens to champs that are on sale? Riot already looses half the rp for it PLUS a skin what about legendary skins or ultimate skins are those available to? Riot probably won't do this cause they would loose so much money.

Riot would not lose that much money, in fact, they would gain money because I'm almost positive (but I can't prove it) that when a champion goes on an RP sale, that champion generates more money for Riot since summoners will wait for the champion to go on sale. Regarding legendary and ultimate skins, that's up to Riot, I think it would be like a mystery box, and the ultimate/legendary skin would have a lower chance. Or maybe it depends how fast/well you defeat the boss. Something along those lines.
