Champion purchasing

So my instructor for HSL had this great idea. So here's how it would go. So whenever you buy a champion with IP you get the champion no strings nothing, just a simple buy. However, if you buy a champion with RP you get to go through their lore in a mini single-player adventure , where as you goto their homeland and you learn about there abilities and play styles etc. Finally, at the end of it you have to battle a boss, and if you win you get one of their skins. This sounded like a really good idea when I heard it, it helps both parties (Riot with cash and the Player with fun). Let me know your thoughts, or how we can make this happen.
