A new champion idea

Ok if you watch Naruto you know the nine tails right well the nine tails is Arhi so korama/Naruto is Ahri well if you keep this in mind and you look at the other champions the is the 4 tails son goko or also known as the monkey king well he is woukong if you think about if there is a chance that there could be anther champion that was a tail best or at least relates to one of there names If you keep that in mind and also think that they like to add new things so what if there was champion that had luck. the 7 tail is also call the lucky 7 there is a bug champion khaziks and the is elise that isa spider In the story of Naruto the 7 tails starts and a cadipiller basicly and changes in to the beetle. so my thoughs the champion a bug/beetle that has one form before level 6 it has its 3 ablilty and at level 6 you go in to a zhonya hour glass for a 1 or 2 then you come out as a different form after level 6 change you can NOT change back in to the other form. abiliys cost chra and then to add lucky 7 in to a passive or active. like maybe how Ahri passive heal or maybe like kassidin's e but for a ult but nether of these sound like luck. the bug champion that is ap that is one form before lvl6 at 6 it changes in that second form but it can not change back. the lucky part could be crit chance that give chance to do bounes damage for you abiliys. cost chra would be cool but idk how to do it so I think mana would be ok. in Naruto the 7 tails owner foo uses chra threds that can get for her attack and diffences the most notable time is during the second chuining exams when she makes a shield (tangable) of lots of (green) threds.
this is not in Naruto but I think the damage dealt to the shield could give a little % heal % mana back.
