As a question. I just reached lvl 31... I got all champs ad all rune pages ... and for reaching lvl 31 I get a champion capsule? seriusly? WHY do I get A FUCKING champion capsule I don`t need?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Because thats the only way you can currently earn blue essence.
