Can we please bring Galio back to being playable

Can somebody please do something to Galio so he's actually playable? Like buff his damage or his survivability, or just revert him back to how he was before he got nerfed into the ground. I don't understand how you can buff other already broken champions let alone rework one that was somewhat decent and be completely oblivious to champions that actually need to be looked at (Galio in this case). Galio's playrate is literally the lowest in the game. If that doesn't show you that something's wrong with the champ then I don't know what will.
