I've heard Riot is wanting to add new dragons on the Rift. They should really add a new electric type dragon. The buff could be to give players a mini static shiv. This would be a fun dragon to give more wave clear for a team. It seems like a really obvious idea, but I really hope it's implemented.
What if there was a Shadow dragon where you it would "shrouds" 3-5 random enemy wards(more times you kill the dragon, the more wards disable). Shrouded wards are basically disable and the enemy team needs to get someone to go to the wards and relight them or something. Random thoughts
We already have Earth Drake for bonus creep/epic monster damage to assist with pushing. We don't need another dragon that does the same thing in a slightly different way.
Like Rester, it sounds to me like a dragon doing a similar thing in a different way (even though the idea of a mini shiv is tempting). So I took a moment to think and started wondering "...what if an electric dragon gave a small debuff instead?" Like enemies nearby would have a little slower movement/attack speed or had their cooldowns increased a little. A sort of paralysis effect.
I'm not a huge stats person so maybe this is a horrible idea that'll break things. Or make gameplay feel too slow. Juuuust throwing ideas out there.
I think a drake that gives scaling armor pen/ magic pen (based on dragons killed) would make a lot of sense
