It's fake, it says they have no Karma changes planned yet they announced changes to her W recently. Also, don't believe everything Redmercy says, he's probably one of the most clickbait of all the major LOL YouTube channels.
Yeah, fake "leaks" have been popping up recently with absolutely no merit to them. First of all, it's severely implausible that they have planned and scheduled skins, changes, updates, and such for every single champion in the game all at once. That alone signals this is super BS.
Plus, one of the champions had "Of course, nothing." written next to them. What legitimately detailed list would have that next to someone in the game?
