Halloween Bard Skin

Every Halloween, I pray for a new bard skin cause I feel like this is too easy to pass up.

Call it haunting bard so it can line up with the old nocturne skin. Have him collect candies for his charms. It could be a gag where he has a sheet over his head and three holes cut out for his signature face-holes. He could have a pumpkin as his head. The possibilities here are endless. His little chime guys can have little sheets over their heads maybe. That would be adorable. Maybe his staff that he holds will have an eye at the end. The ult can have little bat particles or spooooky smoke who knows.

Bard has not had a new skin release for too long. Happy spooktober everyone!
