Doom Lord Teemo

I know that every league player sees teemo as the devil and he's a really old champion with a lot of skins but I thought it would be cool if there was a legendary skin that showed even more what teemo is cable of. I don't really have any art to show for it but it would be cool if you guys gave my idea a thought.
