Nanuk Pihoqahiak1 votesI think you can see it under gifting history.
Riotmoonstones1 votesYup!
Store -> Purchases -> View My Gifting History should show you what you received! :]

Mine doesn't.
I got
from it, but it doesn't show in gift history. Unsure if I'm alone in that or it just worked that way with mystery gift from Riot.
I know in the past when I was gifted skins/mystery skins from friends it showed up there though.
Riotmoonstones1 votesOh, that's odd. That's how it worked for the good behavior rewards last season. I can ask around to see if that's the case for this event.
EvilMerodach1 votesI think another way is go to Profile>Champions>Availability>Recently Purchased. Mine's always been a bit wonky..as in, it'll show any champs I've gotten recently, any champs I've gotten skins for recently, and a couple random champs I have no clue why they pop up there. But it should eliminate it down from 120+ to 4 or so. You should know which of you already owned before.
