Victorious Skins

Hey, I had an idea about victorious skins. I'm sure other people have had this idea but I wanted to state it anyways. The idea was that when a player hits gold and gets their victorious skin at the end of season, they would be allowed to choose which victorious skin they got, from any season. For example if I made gold now, then this year I could pick Victorious Janna (I want that skin so bad). I know that some people wouldn't like this idea because they feel special for having that season 1 or 2 gold skin exclusive to them, as not many people played way back then, but I think that it sort of sucks to the new players that they have no chance of getting an older victorious skin simply because they hadn't heard of league or gotten to level 30 yet. By letting you choose, you still only get one skin, and you're able to make up for the fact that you didn't always play league. You would still have to be gold, of course. I also don't think it would be fair to completely take away the special aspect of being the only one with that season 1 victorious skin, so maybe the people who had the skin on the original year could get something to still prove they are special! Like a summoner icon perhaps? Or maybe, like when you get level 5 mastery on a champion you can make the icon show up in game, you could have one of those for victorious skins obtained in the original year. This would allow newer players to still get victorious skins on champions that they love, without eliminating the specialness from those who owned them originally.
