Skin Concept - Snow Queen Fiora

This is an idea I’ve had going around in my head that revolves on the ice/snow queen type of character and it fits Fiora, seeing as she is of royalty and defends her title along with being a well educated lady that will always be looking down on weaker foes. This also becomes a callback to characters such as Mitsuru from Persona 3 or Weiss Schnee from RWBY, who use the same type of weapons and have the element of ice that they are associated with. Seeing as she hasn't had a new skin in quite some time, this would work for Snowdown.

"Wielding her rapier, with a hilt based on a snowflake, she adds style, grace and elegance to her current repertoire with cool effects that will really leave her foes with chills down their spines."

With Q (Lunge) it involves a icy slice to her foes, Her W places a giant snowflake shaped shield for the countering effect, E covers her in a light snowfall and her R covers the opponents while in a blizzard-like state when activated.
