Mirra , the speculet

I have a idea for a new Champ.His name is Mirra. Story: Mirra is the long lost brother of Braum. He became a mirror, which is made of true ice. And with that, he wants to beat his brother. That´s why he´s searching for him. Spells: Passive: Mirra can use his mirror for projectile reflection.(5 seconds cooldown) He can use his shield for 3 seconds. The longer he´s using it, the longer is the cooldown holding on.Per second, the cooldown will be 2 seconds longer. "Q" Mirrord sun Mirra reflects the sun and shoots a beam of light, which is making magical damage.(Cooldown: 8seconds)(Mana:70)(Delay:0,3) "W" Slowing punch This ability allows him to attack the enemys and give them 3 stacks. If Mirra is giving every stack to them, the enemy will lose 20% of their attackspeed. (If it´s a tower, it´s just 10%)(Mana:75) "E" Healing hand Mirra has the ability to heal his teammates, by using the right click to "attack" them. You can use it 3 times. (For every "punch" it´s: Mana:10 and 4 seconds cooldown.) "R" Light beam Mirra is jumping to the sky and reflects the sun to a big light beam. If you are pressing "R" for a longer time it´ll make damage and if you just lightly tap, it´ll heal your teammates. (cooldown:120 sec.)(Mana:100) (Delay:2 sec) I hope you like this Champ.
