Mafia Braum Handcuffed to a police car door!

So all the current Mafia skins are exclusively ADCs and I figured they needed a tank to protect them so why not Just picture it he could be wearing classic mafia pinstripes except hes forgone the jacket in favor of just the T-Shirt and Suspenders. His mafia regalia topped off with a snazzy newsboy hat. His Shield is a cop car door he was handcuffed to. Instead of detaching the handcuffs he detached the door instead. His Q could be him punching the window out and it shattering on contact with his target. there could be bullet particles rushing past when he uses his W like hes dodging bullets. His E could be him rolling the window up. And lastly for his ult he could slam the car door down and some street asphalt ruptures along the ground.
