The best 3150 champion???

What champion should i buy for 3150 coins??? I dont like playing mid og jungle. And i love bot, and top is fine. Im lvl 7, so im not the best. Which one should i buy???

Personally, I think akali is the best 3150 champ you can buy currently. For your preferred lanes however, I would suggest corki or blitzcrank in the bot lane, since they are both easy to learn adc's/supports. For top, there aren't many easy to learn champs in that lane, so I would suggest buying Tryndamere, Jax, or Teemo, very easy to learn champs that cost only 1350.
