this stupid fad of fidget spinners is going around and i think it would be a REALLY good idea to make a meme skin of sivir dressed as a hipster and wielding a fidget spinner.

As for me, I think Draven is the most logical choice mainly because he can spin them indefenitivly while Sivir only spin her blade when she activates W.
