New Game Type: Season Roulette

Remember when Kassadin was perma-banned, Rengar had no skillshot , and not every jungler had a wall clear? Well you can relive those "fantastic" moments with Season Roulette! This game mode literally random selects the vanilla/final patches of each season of League of Legends.

But what if I don't want to deal with [insert champ here]? Say no more, we got bans for that.

What about newer champions? Are they locked out?. Yes, this mode is more about celebrating the progression of LoL's roster, so additional champions may not be available.

Will these champions retain their respective kit's? Of course, since Season Roulette is just a casual mode, balancing isn't at the top of the priority list.
