Rocky Vi = like Rocky Balboa. Have Vi dressed as a boxer with golden gloves and her recall should be like a boxing ring of some sort
I still want to see Kassawin made into a skin.
Disco Ball Orianna is another one that I've been waiting on for quite some time.
Heartseeker Strike 
. A spear with heart-shaped tip, red-ish pink outfit, ...but I'm not sure this would be good skin for MANtheon.
A fire-based skin for 
with arrows-on-fire attacks. the skin's name would need an ash-related pun.

Perhaps his Mace would be a giant Trophy?
I'm open to other ideas for changes. Would be a legendary skin, and I would buy it so fast.
The only 2 skins I'd really want to see are Gnarwhal, which is a narwhal Gnar, transforming into either a monstrous horned fish, or simply a gigantic sea lion, and Remembrance Poppy, a Poppy skin that has to do with the Poppy flower.

I've always wanted to see Surprise Party Garen, where instead of yelling Demacia he yells "Surprise!" and "Happy Birthday!" and smacks people around with a balloon animal.
