Jhin

When are we getting a new skin for jhin? I have been playing league for about a year so i really havent gone that deep into when, how and on what schedule are new skins designed, but jhin is bae and with that only skin hes got, im not satisfied.. I just feel it takes the character out of him (its really cool as its own tho) but i just dont think it fits jhin that much. Also theres been a lot of talk about omega squad jhin, i think that could have potential to be a really cool skin, has Riot even taken this into consideration? I'd like to know rito :)
