I have a new champion idea! (I know a lot of people do)

I have a champion who i think sounds like a lot of fun. I don't have a name for him or any of his skills but I think someone else could come up with good names for them, I think he should be a ranged champion who's skills are more gap closing.

His backstory is he was a warrior for sharima (I like sharima lore a lot so sorry if this is a bad idea) who in battle found a blade on a dead warrior it shined like the sun that was hanging over them at the time, being curious he walked over to it, the blade jumped out of the sand and grabbed him, he passed out from fear,and fell in the sands, He awoke after the battle was over many soldiers had fallen he stood up and believed that he had passed out from sun stroke or a simple hit on the head, "What a dream" he said, He looked down at his arm but it wasn't a dream, his arm was replaced with a sword, it was a nice sword nothing much to look at or adore for it was nothing special, he whipped his arm trying to get it off of him, the sword broke into small triangles the where sharp pieces of metal held together by energy, he used it in the way you would use a whip, it stretched a small distance and grabbed a pillare that was close by he pulled the weapon with his arm and the pillar fell easier than ever,this blade was magical. He wandered for many a months trying to conseal the weapon from anyone he passed on the way, he found a city full of people he wandered through the town and found a building, it was the institute of war, he entered the large building only to meet some of the summoners he had heard people speaking of these men being able to use magic he showed them his arm and they tested him of his strength he showed great talent they let him train at the institute of war with his new weapon, but he had to join the league of legends.

I know its a bit long and has a few flaws but they can be changed at will, now into his abilities and passive.

Passive: even though he is ranged the magical energy become weaker the farther it has to move with this blade causing him to do more damage the closer he is to an enemy,

Q: he dashes at an enemy dealing a small amount of damage ( couldn't think a balanced amount) and slowing the enemy,

W: he spins his blade in a circle (kinda like Darius) and does 50,75,100,150 plus 1/2 of his ad.

E: disarm,( the only one of the only skills I could think of a name for) he swing his weapon and disarms the enemy stunning them for .5 seconds grows with level.

R: Lightning blade. He throws his blade forward grabbing any enemy champion it hits and he pulls back the weapon causing all of the champions he has grabbed to fly to him his blade then becomes a sword again and he slashes them nocking them back, if they hit a wall it stuns them for a small episode of time, ( I also couldn't think of a good amount of damage that didnt make the skill op)

His base stats I don't really know if I can set them up so ima let others decide that,
