I think that Katarina is currently really weak in the current patch. I think it would be really cool if when the dagger from her q lands it does damage on the location it lands on. This would be a cool new aspect to the champion as well as another risk as kat q on its own is very weak.
In what world, is katarina weak, shes able to near 1v5, with no skillshots, katarinas just dominate games if theyre a main, in what world would katarina need a buff
I think Kat does need changes, but that q suggestion is not that good. I would say reduce the nerf on her shunpo or reduce the dagger drop time based on lvl.
