Everybody knows a feeling when you meet a Summoner that plays a champion YOU main and has skin on it even though he's not even level 4 on it, and even though YOU haven't any skins for it...

The Loot Trading

For example, imagine you're opening a Hextech Chest or an Event Orb. Now, imagine you're a Garen main. From the Hextech Chest, you got a Alistar skin, even though you wanted a Garen one. Let's ask Riot to add the "Loot Trading", so you can give that Alistar skin to an Alistar main, and make him happy. If this is going to be added, it will probably be available only between friends. Wont happen since it would cost riot a fuckton of money. It takes away the whole randomness of hextech crafting since people could just trade for exactly the skin they want, making buying skins obsolete. Would also make botting a whole more lucrative.
