need Help with a Champion Concept

Hi, TheGoomyGamer here. I'm working on a new champion concept by the name of Stattik, and I thought up what I thought was a REALLY cool passive, but I've been stuck on that. Could someone please help me think up the rest of this kit? P - Stattik Stream Stattik's AAs require a brief period of windup longer than usual. Attack speed decreases this windup greatly, so that at 1.5 attack speed, there is only normal AA windup. Once cast, Stattik's AAs take the form of a continuous beam, dealing 90% AD at intervals based on attack speed and 5% of AD between said intervals. Each interval counts as an AA and applies AA on-hit effects but the constant damage between intervals do not. You can target different units while the beam is active but while the current beam will halt instantly, the new beam will need to travel to the target location. Stattik's AA timer cannot be reset manually but is reset by AAing a unit other than the one that the beam is currently on. you can move while AAing but your speed is reduced by 40%
