Thresh skin idea!

I just got back from Anime Boston 2016 and surprisingly there was a rioter working the lines there, I was cosplaying as Debonair Ezreal and when the rioter saw this he pulled me aside and started talking to me about the game and skin ideas. Sadly I cannot remember what his riot name was and I hope he gets to see this because he told me he was the co-creator of Debonair Vi and a couple other skins. When I was about to leave I suggested a new skin idea for Thresh since I main him as a support, he told me to post it on the forums because he told me they sometimes look at them. I really hope that they look at this because if you guys make this I will immediately buy it! Tell me what you guys think about this skin idea and if you think that it is a plausible skin idea.
