sad reality is she got one last year for lunar revel so one is probably far off in the pipeline.

The timing when they got their last skin really doesn't mean much, look at Ashe

Feb 13thth 2014 (Heartseeker Ashe) Feb 17th 2015 (Marauder Ashe)

One year apart from each other.

So for all we know she could have another one show up next week.

Zac on the other hand is a very special case they've said many times as he's hard to work with and come up with a concept that's not just a recolor.

not knocking you, just feel they shouldn't release new skins while others haven't gotten a new one since release

Yeah, but unfortunately it's what they do. It really doesn't matter much about who came first and who hasn't gotten what since release. They just release things when they get done.

I don't think skins should be released based on time since last created skin, it should be ; make a skin that gets alot of people's attention and interest

Skins are more so released based on when they get them done, just like which a new champion. They have multiple ideas in place at a time and whatever gets done first is what comes out.
