[Champion Concept] Yulong The Dragon

Yulong the Asian Carp would be a melee/ranged transform adc champion. Yulong's passive would be "Over The Dragon Gate" where whenever under 10% health Yulong would transform into a Dragon and could only transform back when dead. The passive could only be activated every 2 minutes. The dragon would would shoot fireballs and the carp would leap on it's enemies to close the gap. Yulong's E would be "Leap" where he would leap on the champion selected in a certain range. His ult would be "Yu's Rage" where a giant wave would apper knocking enemy champions up into the air and stunning them for .25 seconds and dealing 10% of Yulong's Current health. Please help me by making some art and making some new ability ideas.
