[Val'Jhar] The Siege Breaker

Val'Jhar was an Ancient Noxus Legend thought lost after the old wars, He was a master of the shield and sword and easily overcame any enemy with his large stature and grimly armored appearance. Most enemies would freeze in fear at the sight of him, even noxus soldiers were afraid of being in his way. After many decades of fighting for noxus he disappeared, without a trace.

Passive- each ability used on an enemy breaks armor reducing enemy armor by 10% for 5 seconds stacking 3 times

Q- (Streaking Sparks) Flings sparks from the ground toward enemies in a long narrow cone dealing physical damage 75/100/125/150/175 and slowing by 40% decaying, small bonus from armor.

W- (Armor Up) increases ally resistance in small area by 20/30/40/50/60 for 4 seconds small bonus from self armor and mr

E- (Shield Toss) throws shield a short distance infront causing enemies struck to be slowed by 30% lasting 2 seconds shield stays out for 5 seconds, While shield is gone reduce armor by 50%. Damage based on armor lost times 1.25/1.50/1.75/2.00/2.25

(Shield Charge) pressing ability again makes champion rush toward his shield to pick it up again stunning any enemies caught between the path for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds, physical damage based on max health (5%)

R- ( SHIELD WALL) transforms shield into giant shield absorbing projectile damage based on level of ability until broken 500/1000/1500, after broken or toggled off gain 40% increased movement speed for 3 seconds

Interresting Idea, seams like a good support or a tanky jungler with quite a good clear if his passive procs on monters.

Name : Change it to Valjhar, names with apostrophes are typical of Void champions.

Passive : Make it from 3-10% depending if his Level. Even in percent a 20% armor reduction at level 2 is to strong.

Q : Nothing to say, really good.

W : Why not a scaling bonus? If he's alone he get full bonus and because his offering is protection to his allies we can imagine that he'll give less and less bonus the more allies their is in the area of effect, but still a good amount . Shielding them in the same time. This way he can choose to peel for the carry, boost himself while engaging with his E or protect the whole team for an large spell.

E : Is the Toss necessary ? I mean, he carves for an engage and you're offering a good one with the Charge. If you want to keep the shred of armor you can say that he gain a enforced attack that will apply twie his passive if he encounter a champion on his way.
