Lucian/Senna Recall?

Xayah and Rakan's power budget is designed around those recalls, Senna and Lucian's are not. The fact that they were not made at the same time factors a lot into it, but there's also the different theme - Rakan is a dancer, so it makes sense for him to dance with Xayah as part of his passive.

Xayah Rakans entire identity is that they are lovers, their kits are built to complement eachother to the extent of having unique effects on the other.
