Twitch game overlay
If i wanted to make an overlay with the theme of zed and sell it to my friend for his stream will i be copyrighted? Please help guys.

How much I know overlays dont violate the TOS on twitch unless its nudity and racist Riot games for streaming and overlay of a themed champion -- well if you saw some of the streamers like trick2g has Udyr overlay and they never responded negatively ( He is a huge streamer and advertises the game for free so I guess they dont made problems - also there are other people streaming with champion overlays )
If you mean overlay that is a league of legends files injected than my answer is NO - if its OBS overlay than YES
also, you can ask RIOT support team on this site https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us so they clear the situation for you from first hand so you know if it's ok or not, IMO it's ok since people use champion themed overlays and also its free ad for riot games not him personally because people that watch may give him donos and sub but riot earns more passively
send ticket with proper section and they will answer (usually its 20 hours wait )
