Red light, Green light

Hey everyone, this custom game mode is called Red light, Green light. I do not know if this has already been created but it probably already has since this game is well known especially on other games like Garry's Mod Jailbreak.

• This game is played on Summoners Rift 5 v 5 Draft Pick
• There will be 9 people racing in Red light Green light but 1 "host." The host gets all 6 bans so in chat he will type out the six champions that he wants to be banned and the banners must ban the champions he says.
• This game can play with pretty much any amount of players has long as you have 1 host and at least 2 racers.
• The host can play any champion he wants and if he wants to play a champion that can deny a runner then that is allowed. The host just can not play invisible champions. Also whoever is the host must be declared in champion select Objective
• There are 9 players that are all working against each other in this race type game and there is 1 host.
• When they game starts everyone will be level 1 and go to the top of baron river, next to top lane, and get in a horizontal line. No one should be in front of each other.
• The host will go to the bottom of dragon pit river, next to bottom lane. If the host is on red team then 1 person from blue team should go place a pink ward on top of where the host is standing so you have vision of him and if the host is on blue team then red team will do the same.
• Vision is needed of the host because the first person to go past the host wins the race.
• This is not an ordinary race tho, the host will say in all chat "Green" and when he says green that means you can go and move, then the host will say "red" and if he says red then that means you must stop moving. If the host catches anyone moving while it is on red then he will call you out in all chat and you will have to move next to the closest person that is behind you. If no one is behind you then you will just flash maximum range behind you.
• Racers, be careful because the host can say red/green whenever he wants and as quickly as he wants. Host if the person doesn't stop right away and takes a very tiny step forward you can call him out if you want but I think you should be fair and let it slide. Also racers if you didn't change your bindings then "S" should make you stop moving and you need to stop.
• Host you must watch all the players to make sure no one moves during red but the racers can also help you out if you want and tell you if someone moved but you have the final decision. Also racers should be truthful and if you lie, all the other racers will probably say that you are lying. If someone is caught lying then they have to flash maximum backwards. if you don't have flash then move the distance of a flash backwards. Rules
• No summoner spells are allowed to be used but everyone must bring Flash and Smite. You will only use flash if you need to flash backwards if you move during red.
• You can only be level 1 and can only buy basic boots, if you somehow get above level 1 then do not take another mastery or level a mastery up.
• All champions are allowed besides invisible champions like evelynn, shaco, or teemo.
• This game can be a 1 round race or a best of 3/5, first to 3/5, or you have to reach the bottom of dragon river then go back up and reach the top of baron river, however you want to play it.
• You are only allowed to be in river you can not go to the side of the jungle and bard E the walls, if so you will have to move back. Also avoid going in bushes cause then the host can not see you. The main bush you should be able to move is the tiny one in the river.
• No one is allowed to hit another racer with abilities or auto attacks. Also you can not hit the host.
