New Champion Concept: Delusia, The Awoken Dreamer
Sup, Im a level 30 Summoner on the NA Servers. I've always enjoyed playing as Nidalee, and Jayces' playstyle always was cool. So, I bring to you, the League of Legends community, another champion with the same concept as Nidalee and Jayce. Her name is Delusia, and her Game are your Dreams and Nightmares.

Delusia, The Awoken Dreamer
Health: 758 - 57 per Level Mana: 367 - 47 per Level AD: 50 - 6 per level AP: 0 - 0 per level Attack Speed: 0.67 - .01 per level Movement Speed: 325 Armor: 22 Magic Resist: 25
Passives Bundles of Clouds - All nearby allied Champions gain 1 stack of Cloud Bundles, which gives them 50 Extra movement speed. Over the next 10 seconds, nearby champions gain another stack, maxing at 3 stacks. Leaving the area will remove all stacks.
Nightmare Fuel - For every nearby enemy with a stack of Night Terrors, Delusia gains +(.1 * AP) Ability Power per Stack and champion.
Abilities
Dream Mode Q - Dream Weaver - Delusia takes her Dream Weaver and infuses it with Magic, allowing it to follow a chosen Ally Champion, granting them Cleased Mind and boosting their Attack Speed, Attack Damage and Ability Power by .4 respectively for 7 seconds. Cooldowns: 16/14/12/10/8 Mana: 45/50/55/65/80
Nightmare Mode Q - Night Terrors - An AOE Attack for 520 Units that gives every enemy champion in range 1 stack of Night Terrors, stackable up to 3 times. After 10 seconds of the first Night Terror, their Nightmares will come true, summoning a Pet that scales with each Stack they had. The Pet can ONLY attack the champion it spawned for, for 10 seconds or until the enemy champion dies. If the Enemy Champion dies before 10 seconds is up, the Nightmare will dissapear, and grant 40 Mana back. Cooldowns: 7/6/5/4/3 Mana: 70/70/70/70/70 Damage Scaling: This area is based on the amount of Night Terrors the enemy has. 50/70/90 (+.34 * AP)
The Nightmare will have an Attack Speed of 1.0 per Second.
Dream Mode W - The Dreamer's Crystal - The Dreamer's Crystal will reveal an area for 1100 Units and give all Allied Champions within its range 1 stack of Dream State, which gives them 10% CDR for as long as the Crystal is up. The Crystal can be seen by enemy champions, but cannot be destroyed. Only 1 Dreamer's Crystal can be active at any given time, and another cannot be placed until the first despawns. (If a champion already has 40% CDR, this will instead give them Increased Mana regeneration for as long as the Crystal is up) Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 Mana: 90/90/90/90/90 Time before Despawn (Seconds) 20/25/30/35/40
Nightmare Mode W - Scythe of Nightmares - Delusia summons her Scythe, which is a Two Step Attack that deals 1AD +(.7 * AP). The First Step is an AOE slash that deals her .5AD +(.45 * AP) to everything in its area. The Second Step is a Skill shot that travels for 435 Units, dealing another .5*AD(+.45 * Ap) to the first unit it hits. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 Mana: 60/60/60/60/60
Dream Mode E - Dream Realm - Delusia completely submerges a single enemy champion in a Mist, sending their thoughts into the Dream Realm. Because of their inability to escape, they become stunned for 1.5 seconds, due to seeing their dreams. Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 Mana: 70/70/70/70/70
Nightmare Mode E - Nightmare Blast - Delusia chooses an Enemy Champion and manifests their Nightmares into a condensed charge, releasing it back into them dealing Dmg +(.7 *AP) Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 Mana: 40/45/50/55/60 Damage: 20/40/60/80/100
Delusia automatically starts with her Form Change, but a point can be put into any of her other abilities at level 1.
Dream Mode R - State of Mind - Delusia's State of Mind becomes Psychotic, transforming her into her Nightmare Form. The Change between her forms is so Intense that the pulse of Nightmare Magic deals 75/85/95 Damage to all enemy units and champions in a range of 200 Units.
Nightmare Mode R - State of Mind - Delusia's State of Mind becomes Mellow, transforming her into her Dream Form. The Chnage between her forms is so Soothing that the Pulse of Dream Magic heals all allied champions for 100/110/120 Health in a range of 250 units. Cooldown:

Lore: One thing that all know of about Delusia is that she can be a blessing or a curse. Her power has the ability to make her friends feel relaxation, but those who oppose her feel nothing but terror. Her Origin is belived to be of the Shadow Isles, but she has been sighted in Ionia, Demacia, Noxus, The Freljord, Shurima, and The Void. She is where all Dreams are created, and where all dreams are crushed. Her Nightmares are what scare even the mightiest of soldiers in their slumber or when awake. She simply traveled over the lands, doing her own bidding without care.
The League of Legends had stumbled across Delusias' path one day, but she showed no restraint or intent to escape. She had her own dream, her dream to have someone who could contain the evil inside her. But her Nightmare was that she could never achieve her dream. The League had graciously taken her in, and now all Summoners are able to control her powers on the Fields of Justice. Every so often however, another Summoner seems to flee in fear, for her power could grip them, even beyond the Fields of Justice...
