Champion Concept - Whisper

New champion concept that would base all of her abilities off the ability to control and trap an opposing champion in little traps that could be placed by an ability. For a brief concept of her abilities, I was thinking the following:

Passive: Whisper gains movement speed toward trapped enemy champions. Additionally, the cast range of her traps increases as the game progresses.

Q : A damaging ability that would have amplified damage if the enemy is stunned by any of her traps. She can re-use this ability immediately if it is used on another trapped enemy.

W : An ability that, when clicked on a champion, allows Whisper to control where they walk for a certain length of time. This would be her signature move.

E : Places a trap that would last for a certain amount of time, and she can place as many as she wants . This would be the ability that would interact with her others.

R : Whisper throws out a ring of traps around her and lures any nearby enemy champions toward her location.

Design: I was thinking that she would look like a creepy combination of a porcelain doll and a voodoo doll, with Victorian age clothing. Dark, cool colors, consisting mostly of black, purple, and dark blue. She would have very pale skin. She comes from the Shadow Isles. For abilities, I was thinking her Q would be something with shears/scissors, maybe cutting a life thread or something when the enemy is trapped. Her W would involve some kind of voodoo magic. Her E would be placing pins on the ground with a radius of activation around them. And her R would just be a circle of her E around her, but with more shadows and spookiness. Additional add-ons, humming/singing "London Bridge is Falling Down" like a scary movie little girl. Just general creepy little girl-ness. Preferably an age slightly older than Annie , but younger than Ashe .
