Mr sunfire cape???

Okay so hear me out, what about a sunfire cape like item that gives you magic resistance instead of armor? Does that sound like it would be dumb, or has anyone else wonder why they don't have one of both mr and armor....would be good on ap tanks like singed or galio or something. Maybe its just me lol
