Summary: Champ with low cool downs, but gain damage if not used over time and will have high mana costs to prevent early spamming of abilities. Also relatively squishy. Mana probably will also scale very little but have high base due to the passive. Melee Champion. Passive is to deal %current mana as bonus damage and restores mana every 7th attack. Q is a skill shot that moves towards you instead of coming out from you that steals movement speed. W is an AOE around the champion that deals damage and reduces the armor and magic resist of enemies hit. E is a dash that can stun champions for a short while and increases in range and size with longer charging. R will pull one enemy towards you a (very) short distance and deals damage over time while slowing them. (damage is lower because of this.)

Here are the details:

Juris-Scion of the Storms

Passive: Mana Storm Basic Attacks gain (5/7/10)% (levels 1/7/14) of current mana as bonus MAGIC damage. Every 7th attack restores mana equal to the physical damage dealt. (1.5X against champions)

Abilities NOTE: the charging starts when the ability comes of the Cool Down

  • Q-Reaving Wind (80/90/105/120) mana 2 Sec CD A wind manifests in front of you and rushes towards you dealing (50/90/150/200)+(25% AP) MAGIC damage to all units in its path, stealing 15% movement speed from champions hit for 2 seconds. The movement speed steal cannot affect the same champion for 6 seconds. ------Gains (4.75/6.5/8.75/12.5%) bonus damage for every second not used for a max of 12 seconds (max bonuses: 57/78/100/150%).

  • W-Breaking Thunder (65/75/90/100) mana 2 Sec CD Causes a boom of Thunder around you dealing (50/70/90/130)+(15/20/25/30% AD) as PHYSICAL damage and reduces armor and magic resist of champions hit by 7 for 4 seconds. Reduction cannot occur on the same champion for 8 sec. ------Gains (2.25/3.75/5.25/7.5%) bonus damage and reduces armor and magic resist by (.5/1/1.5/2) more for every second not used for up to 10 seconds (max bonuses: 22.5/37.5/52.5/75%) (max reduction: 12/17/22/27). *Range 250 units

  • E-Heavy Rain (85/90/100/110) mana 12 Sec CD Dashes, bringing heavy rain behind dealing (60/80/90/100)+(25% AP)+(30% AD) as MAGIC damage to enemies hit by the rain and Juris, and stuns the first champion hit for 0.25 seconds. The dash will end when Juris collides with a champion. Cool down reduced to 6 seconds if an enemy is hit. ------Gains 6% bonus damage, increases range by 75 units, width by 10 units, and increases the stun by 0.25 sec for every second charged for a max of (2/3/4/5) seconds. (max bonuses: 12/18/24/30%) (max range: 500/575/650/725) (max width: 170/180/190/200) (max stun: 0.75/1/1.25/1.5 sec) Base range of 350 Base width of 150

  • R-Fury of the Storms (100) mana (130/110/90) CD Brings the fury of nature's storms upon one enemy champion pulling them 150 units towards you and dealing (250/300/400)+(35% AP) MAGIC damage over 5 seconds and slowing them 40% for that duration. *Range of 500 units

Please tell me what you all think. I'd include a picture, but I can't draw worth crap. But this person would wield dual fans, and be a melee champion (to balance out the passive). I'm imagining this champion to be female and like the title says is the inheritor of the power that the fury of nature has to provide.

Fans are questionable. Why not nunchucks? They seem a bit more appropriate.

All in all though, it's a very very nice idea!
