personalty: kind, caring, a little goofy, and a little bit of a tech nerd, hates injustice and cruel people

Passive: Hover- After 6 basic attacks against a target, she hovers a little in the air. She gains a slight increase in movement speed and her next ability deals additional AD damage. if she doesn't use an ability 10 seconds after hover activates she lands back down. Cool down: 45 seconds.

Q: Pulse Sphere- Claudia charges her Pulsefire rifle (she cannot move when she charges it, can be released early) and fires a large Orb of energy which knocks her back a little. (the longer you charge it the more damage it does) Cool down: 15 seconds

W: Bolt Dash- Claudia generates two Pulsefire bolts around her gun then dashes forward, the bolts attack the first enemy dealing a small amount of AD damage within a short distance of Claudia. Cool down: 10 seconds

E: Pulse Sweep- Claudia jumps up and sweeps a Pulsefire laser in a fan AOE dealing % of AD damage. Activates Hover if it's not on Cool down. Cool down: 20 seconds

R: Pulsar Blitz- Claudia flies into the air becoming untargetable for 1 second. She then flies along a straight line AOE firing a big laser the whole way, she then returns to where she started her ult. If Hover is activated when she uses her ult she can cancel her ult early and land where she was in her ults path instead of where she started her ult. Cool down 80 seconds

Lore: Originally born in Zaun, Claudia went to Piltover because she couldn't stand the way Zaun mistreated magic and science for horrible reasons. When she got to Piltover She begged Hermdinger to teach her how to be a inventor. Heimerdinger took her in as his student because he saw great potential in her to be the greatest inventor the world has ever seen, next to himself of course. Thanks to her natural talent and Heimerdinger's great intelligence with some assistance from Ezreal finding material for them, Heimerdinger and her were able to make Pulsefire technology. When Jinx started her rampage in Piltover, Claudia was reminded why she came to Piltover, to help protect this beautiful world from those who would abuse technology and magic. Upon the new armor and rifle she made, she made this vow that she would catch Jinx and any others who would hurt this world. She has been working with Caitlyn (who intimates her a little) and Vi (whom she's become quite smitten with, much to Vi's discomfort) to catch Jinx and other criminals. Now's She's come to the league to hand out some Pulsefire justice.
