I'm conflicted about this idea. On one hand, you have to deal with like 10 TEEMO'S EVERYWHERE!
But then again, you can kill him just by putting your foot on his face...

Imagine you were locked in a 6ft by 6 foot room. nothign but white walls and Navi (from legend of zelda Ocarina of time) appears and starts her Hey! Listen! Watch out! Look! Hello! and you have to listen to it for hours on end no way to block it out.

Riot already stated that they won't do this as this would be conter intuitive/ confuse new players. I don't have source tho
I had an idea a while back to win the title of MOST TILT-WORTH SKIN EVER!
It would be called Definitely Not Singed.
And it would be Singed dressed up as Teemo. Complete with hat, goggles, bandana, and khakis. Singed's poison tank would be Teemo's pack stuffed with one GIANT MUSHROOM that left a poison trial behind. He would also have a Teemo suit under his outfit, kinda like the bear stance Definitely Not Udyr.
