Eox'Var Wings of The Void

So i put up a post earlier about this champ idea that i have and i have now gotten some of the abilities i will be figuring out his ult or if you guys have any good idea post it tell me what if he has to much power also.

Passive-after every 6 attack increases your speed by 15 for 4 seconds

Q-his tongue produces acid which then corrodes the enemy champion’s armor and magic resist by 5/15/25/35/45 for 1 second and it increases by .5 seconds every level

W- You can leap 600 range you get the fifth upgrade you can activate it twice making you use your ripped wings to give you a short burst of flight making you go 750 range

E-you spin in a circle and you tail applies so much power you knock your enemies back 350 range and stunning them for .5 seconds and dealing 30/40/50/60/70 amount of damage

also some of you said on my other post that he looks to much like reksai well if you are one of those people think about rengar and warwick they are pretty much the same except one of them is a dog and one is a cat.
