What if someone obtained every Blitzcrank skin, they received Rusty Blitzcrank as a sort of 'congratulations' reward? Riot wouldn't have to limit it to just Blitzcrank either, I'm sure that this reward for skins system could easily be added to other champions with removed/non legacy skins. It may sound stupid to some people but I would love to see something like this implemented. Thanks to whoever reads this and leaves an opinion in the chat.

Id love it...since I'm literally missing 3 Kayle skins, one of them Viridian and the other 2 the unobtainable Silver and Judgement...
I'd be fine for the removed skins (like Nightmare Cho, Rusty Blitzcrank) that are not special in any way.
I would not be okay with skins (like King Rammus or Judgement Kayle) being given that were special (in Rammus's case, playing the beta, for Kayle's, playing a certain number of games in season 1). The only value in those skins is that they were given specifically for only one time and reason; getting them any other way (such as being able to buy Victorious skins) would cheapen them immensely and remove any value they had.
