New Champion

I thinking about a new type of champion that is farmer themed he would be an ap melee mid laner. His abilities included: Pasively gain heath and ap on champion kill or assist, Q knock up stun, W throw his shovel, E heal, and R summon little high damage scarecrows for a short time.
