Champion Mastery, when lvling and chroma skin

I read that the Champion Mastery are going to be released "soon!", and I was thinking that with the new chroma skins that came out. Why not give 1 chroma skin of our liking when the player reaches the Tear 5 for that champion(ex: Lucian, or Garen) or one of their chroma for a skin of that champion (ex: pool party leona).This also could be beneficial for some people who don't have enough RP to buy the entire 3 chroma skins. Just throwing this idea out there.
