Skin Concept - Fashionista Garen

Okay so Hasn't had a skin for a long time and none of Garens skins have a humorous side to them (E.X. of Funny skins Brolaf, Defiantly not blitzcrank etc..) So because of this I thought this would be GREAT to have Fashionista Garen. So I have provided the details I thought would be obvious to make A pure Shopaholic.

1. A bright colored sweater (Pink, Or Chanel, Louis Vaton you know clothing stuff!)
2. His sword would be either a cloths rack or a mannequin Or a coat hanger?
3. In his other hands he would obviously have to have shopping bags (Fancy ones at that) 4.He could be wearing a fancy hat (Something like the announcer from the hunger games would wear)
4. High heels or BEAUTIFUL FLATS or wedges Lines like - I LOVE YOUR HAIR - Where did you buy that - GORGEOUS - I LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE WITH THE PLACE - I Only LIKE HIGH CLASS FASHION (Requires Extreme OMG! Valley girl voice but mix that with Garens deep voice and you got a masterpiece) If you have any of suggestions please thrown them down in the comments and I will add if they match with the rest Also Obviously if the skin is just thrown together it will look horrible cause these are all random things and will need to be placed to look well with each other.
