[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Thikit, The Demented Puppeteer
Character Bio: Thikit was a demented puppeteer and doll maker. His business, “Button’s for Eyes” was not successful in the slightest. Many mocked the poor man for being strange and creepy. Children of the town were told to stay away by their parents, they thought that the doll shop was all part of his plan to lure children in; they weren’t wrong. Thikit replaced all his fingernails on his left-hand with sewing needles. Sewn onto his hand like a sick nightmare creature. He towered over many of the other townsfolk, being he was six-foot four inches. Lanky in stature, born into a loving family of doll makers. He was taught to sew by his mother when he was young, however, his first doll was odd looking. Lanky, stretched out, needles for fingers. Frighten, his mother took him to be cleansed, fearing he may have had demon inside of him. When no demon was present, his mother decided she had had enough, committing suicide. Blaming his son, Thikit’s father attempted to strangle him. Thikit pushed his father into a burning fireplace, Thikit even began cooking supper while the smell of burnt flesh still lingered. Could’ve been just a case of self-defense, but it wasn’t, it wasn’t the last time he would kill. Now he pretends to be an old hermit, luring children into his murder den. Kidnapping them and making them into dolls is his preferred way of torture. Some say he has a doll version of every legend in the world. Connection with Annie: Thikit thought he had lured a small, regular little girl, to his house. But, it was Annie, who he had come to enjoy spending time with. He acted as if he was a father figure, protecting her from any danger. When Annie said she had to depart, Thikit sewed her a magically enhanced version of the bear she always carried around. She named it Tibbers, that is what she would call Thikit when she was younger and couldn’t say his name.
Thikit is a hybrid jungler. He mainly focuses on building tank items, with a side of damage. The idea of him luring in champions/coming out of the darkness and stealing them is a core part of his kit. (He also now has both hands covered in needles) His design is heavily inspired by Jack from the nightmare before Christmas, Randel from monsters inc, and the movie Caroline in general. He also has to do a lot with JUMP SCARES. His passive is invisibility AND a new mechanic that I will get to. He has permanent stealth even better than evelyns but he does a lot less damage to counter act that. He has a strong early game and weak late, VERY weak late game. The first part of his passive is basically useless late game.
Abilities
Passive:
2 parts.
Master of Puppets: Every 20/15/10 seconds (Based on level) Thikit will create a puppet somewhere on the map. This puppet will look like one of the champions on your team. Puppets can only spawn in places that the enemy cannot see, prioritizing brushes and the jungle. If they are not in a brush they are invisible until an enemy is within 200 units of them, then they are revealed. If a puppet meets any damage, it will explode dealing 25/40/60 +(10% AP 22% AD) magic damage in a radius of 300 units.
(Puppets can only last a maximum of 2 minutes before being destroyed automatically.) (Killing a ward automatically spawns a puppet on its place.)
Stalker: Whenever Thikit is unseen by enemies for 1.5 seconds, he becomes invisible. He cannot be revealed unless he uses an ability or is struck by a movement impairing affect.
Q:
Sap Sucker: On enemy cast: Thikit causes an enemy champion to be charmed for 1/1.25/1.5/2/2 seconds. If that enemy is lured into 300 units of Thikit, Thikit lashes out at them dealing 40/50/70/100/120 +(40% AD) physical damage. He is also healed for an amount equal to the damage he dealt.
On Minion or Monster cast: Thikit lashes out at a minion or monster dealing 40/50/70/100/120 +(40% AD) physical damage. He is also healed for an amount equal to the damage done.
CD: 10/9.25/7/7/6 seconds Range: 480 Units Ability Type: Targeted Cost: 25/40/50/50/60 mana
W: Eyes Sewed Shut: Thikit reveals all invisible enemies within 1000/1200/1200/1200/global. Enemies within 1000 units are nearsighted.
CD: 40/30/30/30/20 seconds Range: 1000/1200/1200/1200/ global Ability: AoE Cost: 100 Mana
E: Snatch: Thikit comes out of being invisible and ensnares target enemy for 1 second. If that enemy has been recently damaged by an ally, he instead drags the enemy for .5/1/1.5/2/2 seconds.
CD: 14/14/11/10/9 seconds Range: 125 Ability type: targeted Cost: 25/40/60/80/80
R: Thread Can Fix Everything: Thikit links two allies together with thread, they can only be 650 units apart for 60/70/80 seconds. While they are linked they deal 50/70/100 bonus magic damage on hit. Once they leave combat they are healed for all the bonus damage they do.
CD: 120/100/60 Range: 600 units Ability type: targeted (2 times) Cost: 150/120/100 mana
Thikit's name comes from the fact that a thicket is prickly and needles are also prickly.
