Anan the Cloud Djinn

Anan the Cloud Djinn is half-human (upper body) and half-cloud formation (lower body).

**(P) Fog - ** Anan leaves a trail of fog behind him that enemies cannot see through.

**(Q) Electrobolt - ** Anan send lightning bolts out of his cloud that deal 25/35/45/55/65 base damage plus 10/20/30/40/50% AP damage.

**(W) Cold Front - ** Anan can place cloud patches at a considerable radius away. Enemies cannot see through them. Allies can ride on them for 3 secs increasing their movement 30/34/38/42/46%. (Good for helping jungles gank lanes faster.) Enemies are slowed 10/12/14/16/18% if engaged.

**(E) Downpour - ** Anan's cloud starts pouring rain that creates a thin layer of water on the ground. All electricity (Q and R) abilities are magnified by 10/15/20/25/30%.

**(R) Storm Cloud - ** Creates a large, dark, AOE cloud around Anan; who can then send three bolts of lightning for 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.4% AP damage of Anan's max health (in succession) to an enemy while inside the storm. 100/200/300 base damage.
