Sales Wishlist

Hey, a good friend of mine(Vanhellsar026) brought a good idea to mind I think riot should create. A wishlist. We should be able to create a skin/champion/rune wishlist so we can reference this to learn what's a good gift for them and we can get a notification when something on our list goes on sale. Thoughts?
