Ok I know the skins for champions have visual changes but why not go further and give them little bonuses that go with their themes. Example sanguine garen why not give the skin +5 life steal or something And if that's not feasible why not sell health boosts and speed boosts like you do ip and RP boosts but make it available for RP and ip buyers so the money guys don't get too much of an advantage

doesn't mean it's not pay to win, purchasing rp is faster than taking the time to earn ip, ergo those that can buy the boosts will always have it whereas ip buyers will not. Not to mention that players will have to throw their ip into unnecessary boosts that make purchasing champions and runes more difficult. If riot did something like this they'd be called scamming pieces of garbage.
