Allow for kick mid custom game

Hide and seek has always been a way for me and my friends to have fun while we tilt and lose a lot. But recently a lot of people are just trolling and just pick kill joy champs, build full ad/ap and kill the seekers constantly. If we had an option for owners to kick mid game we could avoid this, and it could make custom minigames a lot more fun, because trolls could be easily taken care of. This will probably never be seen by rito, but please friends band together and bring minigame fun back!
