Or just read others and see how they're doing it
The most barebones thing would be:
- Stats
- A kit
After that, you can work in an actual design, quotes, lore, and skins if you want.
If you have time and are serious I'd recommend to follow most of the links provided here, as they give a pretty detailed outlook on how to design champions.
