New champion Idea: Exodus the Magic Buster
Exodus the Magic Buster: Passive-The Traveler's Riches: Exodus can earn multiple buffs throughout the game. He can earn these through certain items that he himself can buy. However he can only buy certain based upon his build path. When he buys the item, he can stack it up to activate it. Stacks needed:150 He can earn stacks through multiple ways:
Killing: 15 stacks Assist: 10 stacks Killing minions: 2-6 stacks
He can buy three items:
Majestic Wings- can achieve upon buying Giant's belt. Once activated he earns a speed, and tenacity buff. While he is near his allies the buff increases.
Subtle Knife- can purchase upon buying B.F. sword. Once activated he earns an ad buff that increases near enemy champions.
Storming Staff: can purchase upon buying Needlessly large rod. Once activated he earns an ap buff that increases near allies.
Q-Third Charring: A skill shot that fires a burning elemental energy. After damaging(scaling with ad) and enemy u can fire up another from the enemy you first hit. Goes up to 3 enemies. (similar with zed and his shadows).
W-Severed Shock: Targeted ability that(after a 1 second delay) slows an enemy scaling with their ap.
E-Golden Touch: Passive: Marks an enemy(Kindred's marking) allowing Exodus to get more gold from killing that target(gold is worldwide). Amount of gold scales with level. The gold triggers only if Exodus gets the kill or an assist. Active: Exodus gives an attack speed and move speed buff that decays over time to the nearest ally and himself. (scales with allies within a range of him)
R-Oblivion: Causes a time rupture that reduces the enemy's ad and ap by 10% and armor and magic resist by 15%.
NOTES: I thought of this idea while doing reading homework. I was also too tired to do the math and stuff blah blah. I didn't do the lore either, didn't know how this guy would fit in. I think of him as a melee mid laner, but not an assassin. I fee like his kit can counter the mages(especially since they will be super overpowered when riot does buffs the mages). Do you guys think that his R reductions are underpowered? Let me know, it originally was reducing ad and ap by 25% and magic resist and armor by 20%. The passive items are 3 build paths: Majestic Wings: Tank, I wanted tanks to get to the carries faster.
Subtle Knife: Ad, I wanted ad using champions to be able to deal more damage on their own and in team fights.
Storming Staff: Ap, since most ability power champions can't 1v1(not including assassins) later on in the game they have to stay closer to their tanks or allies.
Once you buy one of the items the others are unavailable and you cannot refund it, so make sure you think about what your team wants. Also the items that you need to purchase to get the special items seem reasonable, because if you are going tank you should get a giant's belt and so on. If this guy is going support, either damage support or tanky support so it works. I think of Exodus as a versatile ap, ad, or tanky champion. There hasn't been one(probably because it is too op) yet. One that can do well most of the time and won't be considered out of meta.
