[Champion Concept] Shu Jiang, the Wu Ning Artist
Physical Description: Tall human male. Black hair tied on a long braid that nearly touches the ground. Has a grand, shining forehead ornated with a simple circlet. Black eyes, oval shaped. Wears long, martial artist robes like those of a Shaolin monk, but in light green colors. Is decorated with a golden trim on the sleeves and other minor details. On his back floats a Mantle of Decorum, also golden. It is shaped like a winged U, its wings similar to fire in chinese art. Above the U floats 4 stones shaped like tear drops, forming a flower-like design. On his left hand he wields a sword made of jade-stone, designed with flaming motifs.

"SHU JIANG'S JOURNAL. 13th After Fall. 6 Monthes Since the Pilgrimage Begun
So many days I have walked this Journey. Alas, such a dangerous journey my master has made me take.
I miss my home. Such a beautiful land of incredible martial arts. Arts! Arts, indeed of the body and the mind... Through raging seas I travelled on boat until I landed.
What an odd vision did I saw when I arrived, my faithful Journal. The nature had been desecrated entirely, no sign of life blooming anywhere. Tall castles of brass and iron had been risen for reasons unknown to me. Those mysterious palaces released odd censers of terrible odors. I assume I must be cautious, for the natives do not seem very receptive to the foreigner. Someone is approaching, I should stop writing for now.
27th After Fall
I was attacked by a demon. I did not expect to fight such vile, foul creatures on this land but, judging by how no temples were to be found anywhere nearby, it was inevitable. Some kind of mysterious hybrid of a 
rodent and a man assaulted me with a powerful bow that carried plagues and diseases. Thankfully, my mastery over the Wu Ning saved my life as I repelled the arrows with my Ki. I am not sure, however for how long am I going to be safe. My Journey to the South hasn't even begun yet. The 
birdman general will pay me and my clan for stealing our holy scrolls. And even more for teaching the Secrets of our clan to their soldiers, like the 
woman with a giant sword. Ever since I was attacked, I have been hearing noises as if the land was shaking beneath me. Would it be another demon?
1st After Solstice
Another demon attacked me. A 
hideous creature of deformed body and twisted mind assaulted me with a cleaver. It demanded to take me - living or dead - for "investigations". I repelled it, but it seems my position on this land has been compromised. But it is irrelevant. I managed to find a caravan with odd, fuzzy little imps that identify as "yordles". They are merchants going exactly to the Land with the Skull Mountain. My sword would be most than enough to repel bandits, however it might be wiser to take cover amongst those cheerful travelers. Their 
leader is surprisingly tiny, even for their species. I just hope he wasn't that interested on the Arcane Arts. Such a path could send anyone into darkness. Besides, it is well known the saying of those who search freedom in sorcery, might aswell find prison of body. May the Spirits be kind and not let this kind of fate befall on those small benefactors.
Self-Note: Sugest to Master to build a Monastery on this land to take those lost souls on the righteous, balanced path of the Wu Ning.
20th After Solstice
Forgive me, my Journal, for the long time of silence since my last note but I have been lost in thought as I remember of her... Ah, such is her beauty, my Mei Fu... I still own the golden hairpin she gave me. I am glad her husband is a honorable warrior, even thought his imprudence still worries me. However, I still have yet to surpass the feeling of "weirdness". So cruel is the fate of those who can't stay with those they love.
We are hearing noises outside. I suppose I should drag my sword to defend the furry imps. Even thought they assured me there were no bandits on this side of Ironspeak Mountains.
21st After Solstice
For the first time I found a creature that is not a demon, but yet a good spirit. A 
bird of ice, as ancient as those mountains came to alert us of the dangers ahead. The City of the Mountain with the Skull, or "Noxus", as she called, was aware of our presence. I... No, my clan, had been betrayed. My Master had been slain, all of the monks had been defeated aswell. His last words were orders for a 
monk warrior to meet me below the vale and assist me on my mission, for the Birdman General was waiting us on an ambush.
Ally myself to this monk fighter on this Journey to the South? The General of the Crows shall pay for what he has done to my people, for once and for all."

Shu Jiang was thought to act as a melee warrior designed with a kit specifically to counter overall AD carries. His position was planned for top lane due to:

KIT
Innate Wu Ning Style - Whenever Shu Jiang uses 3 basic attacks on an enemy champion, the champion is marked with a Chi Charge. Using a skill on a target with a Chi Charge will increase the effect of the skill in question and, except for his Ultimate, consume the marks immediately. Amount of Charges per target capped at 3.
Q Leap of the White Rabbit - ACTIVE Shu Jiang dashes forward, on the mouse's current position direction. If he passes throught an enemy champion, he'll stop immediately and deal physical damage to the target. Chi Charge: Shu Jiang will gain charges for this skill on an ammo system equal to the amount of Charges on his target. After 10 seconds, independently of the amount of charges remaining, the skill will go on Cool Down.
W Reap What you Sow - PASSIVE Whenever Shu Jiang takes damage from basic attacks, 5% of the damage is absorbed completely by this skill and is stored up to a maximum of X. After 15 seconds outside of combat, Shu Jiang will absord the charges, healing himself for the same amount. ACTIVE Shu Jiang empowers his next basic attack to do extra magic damage equal to the damage stored. Chi Charge Shu Jiang's Reap What you Sow will slow his target for 20/40/60% depending on the amount of Chi Charges consumed.
E Talons of the Black Crow - ACTIVE Shu Jiang spins and attacks all enemies around him, dealing X (+XX% AD) physical damage on all enemies around him and, afterwards, creates a shield around him that absorbs X (+XX% AP). Chi Charge the shield will reflect 10/20/30% of the damage delt to Shu Jiang from basic attacks as magic damage back to its attackers.
R Wu Ning Tiger Pounce - ACTIVE Shu Jiang winds up for 1 second before waving with his sword all enemies around him, dealing physical damage (+XX% AD) and dealing on all the targets a divided damage equal to the amount stored on his W (Example: If Shu Jiang attacks 1 enemy, it'll take 100% of the stored amount. If there were 2, 50% for each, and etc.). Afterwards, all the champions attacked will receive one Chi Charge. Chi Charge - Wu Ning Dragon Flight If Shu Jiang activates this skill again after using it on a Charged target, he can point his mouse to any champion on a range of 900 units and blink behind the target.
TRIVIA
He is based on both Li Mu Bai (for his kit) and Xuanzang (for his lore and initial motivations).
His skills are inspired on both the Yin Yang, the book Li Mu Bai originates from (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) and the crow Yata-Garasu and the White Rabbit of Inaba.
His Mantle of Decorum represents the 4 states of spirit according to the Shinto teachings, Ara Mitama (Anger, an upside-down teardrop), Nigi Mitama (Calm, a normal drop), Saki Mitama (Love, a drop pointing to the right) and Kusi Mitama (Wisdom, a drop pointing to the left). That formation would also represent the Wu Ning clan.
[TL;DR] Ionian martial artist champion with kit focused on ignoring basic attacks and punishing those who use against him, who is highly kiteable if initially kited but punishes those who fail at kiting him.
