I think riot has nerfed lucian by far a alot when the beta was released. I hope riot actually considers buffing lucian now and making him the old lucian as there are other adcs that are by far more op than lucian yet they dont get nerfed. And it has been a while since lucian has got a skin. I hope riot makes a MIB or omega squad or project lucian skin for lucian. I hope we see these changes in the near future. :D :) <3

Lucian was broken on release, and saw tons of play in LCS because he was simply the best. He's fine where he's at

I couldn't see Riot buffing him, just because he gets played a lot already and he can definitely make an impact on games. But I absolutely want more skins for him, Striker and Hired Gun just plain suck.
