Inspired from @sundown23 here

Passive: The Artist's Strings > Damaging enemy champions with basic attacks or Living Puppets apply 1|2 stacks, respectively, of The Artist's Strings up to a maximum of 5. Stacks drop if the target are at least 1200 units away from Pierrot.

Q: Puppeteers Will > Pierrot throws an enchanted veil that explode on contact with the ground, dealing magic damage and corrupting the ground for a few seconds. The corrupted ground slows enemies inside receive double stacks from The Artist's Strings.

W: Master of Puppets > Pierrot pulls the strings of a target, setting them to a target location between their current location and himself, consuming all stacks of The Artist's Stings Dealing Magic damage, increased by a percentage for each string attached to the target.

E: Living Puppets > Pierrot throws a cursed thread in a target direction dealing minor magic damage. If the target is a champion, the thread stays attached to them for a few seconds, stealing their move speed and dealing greatly increasing magic damage over the duration.

R: The Final Act > Pierrot slows himself and targets an enemy champion with 5 stacks of The Artist's Sting increasing the range of The Artist's String to unlimited. Every 1 second Pierrot cuts a sting dealing 20% of the targets maximum hp as true damage, ignoring shields and preventing all healing. If the target dies before all 5 strings are cut, Pierrot takes 20% of his maximum HP per uncut string (Pierrot can die from this).

I like it, but it sound more like Pierrot took after Jhin rather than he is hunting Jhin. All I need to do though is make some lore changes and it will fit so no biggie.

Looks like ult is a surefire execution with no counterplay
